Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes:
I love all the recipes Katie puts on her website and I have tried several of her recipes in the past ( See: Healthy Chocolate Chip Blondies and Peanut Butter Bread) but oh NOM! Katie provides a hole page of pancake perfection. But I have to admit I found it hard to choose favourites between the Cheesecake and Brownie Batter Pancakes! Oh Katie just come be my personal chef so you can make me lots of vegan goodies!



Pancake Balls: A Different Approach To Pancakes:
When on my search for some delicious pancake inspiration, not only did I come across this recipe but her blog has such a simplistic style with fabulous content using Tumblr as a platform! To say I am green with envy is an understatement. However this recipe is definitely one I will be making although I will be using a cupcake tray I think. Nutella in the centre. That's really all that needs to be said.



Dutch Babies:
You just know you can trust any recipe that comes from A Beautiful Mess they are pure genius when it comes to craft and cooking. These are just perfect and the description makes them even more irresistible

For those who want pancakes breakfast, lunch and dinner! I reccomend you check out DeliciousMagazine.com  they have some great vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available!  All good things in life wrapped up and baked in delicious crepe's what more could you ask for?



Veggie Chinese Pancakes:
In the spirit of Chinese New Year why not feast on these vegetable chinese pancakes? Or maybe treat yourself to roast duck and hoison sauce pancakes? The combinations are so delicious and unlike the daily tastes we are used to. BBC Good Food also has many, many more combinations for you to try: how about Cinnamon pancakes with compote and mapel syrup? They even supply a gluten free recipe!
